Pacific Press® supports student mission projects

Nampa, Idaho (February 27, 2002) - Pacific Press recognizes the benefit to students participating in mission projects such as going on church building trips and other activities that takes the student on a mission trip sponsored by their Conference, Academy or College. The experience gained in working for others in these projects is something that will have an effect for the rest of the student’s life.

Because of this, a few years ago Pacific Press adopted a policy to donate $100 to the project for the student who is a dependent of a Pacific Press employee, or is a student employee at Pacific Press. This is limited to academy aged students and over.

If you know of a student who qualifies and who is planning on going on one of these projects, please have them submit their request in advance of the mission trip through ROSS LAUTERBACH’s office. – Bob Kyte, President
